Job summary

Gensler is seeking a seasoned interior designer to join our New York team. You will help shape impactful interior environments by leading programming, concept development, space planning, and construction documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Interior Design, 7+ years of post-graduate experience, and NCIDQ/CID certification. Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited school (required).
7+ years of post-grad interior design experience.
NCIDQ/CID certification required.
Portfolio must include workplace projects.
Proficient in Revit and Enscape.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with your team on developing the design for sensational spaces.
Perform interior design assignments including programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentation.
Participate in selection and presentation of FF&E, color palettes, and lighting.
Generate finish plans, specifications, and material selections for construction.
Provide design support and documentation during completion and execution of design concepts.
Produce Revit technical and contract documentation for construction.
