Job summary

Gensler seeks a Senior Interior Designer to lead workplace interiors, guiding projects from concept to realization. You will mentor teams, shape design visions, and deliver human-centered environments that reflect client cultures while setting new standards for the future of work.

With 10+ years of experience and strong Revit/3D skills, you will drive strategy, collaborate across disciplines, and ensure exceptional outcomes on high-profile projects.

Qualifications

• NCIDQ or RID Interior Designer certification or Licensed Architect required
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design/Interior Architecture from an accredited program
• 10+ years of interior design experience, including Workplace Interiors
• Expert knowledge of Revit, 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software
• Strong FF&E design knowledge and deliverables (furniture, finishes, materials, color selections, specs)
• Proven track record of delivering innovative design outcomes impacting client satisfaction and growth
• Exceptional portfolio with diverse design projects
• Strong design principles, user experience, and project management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• LEED Accreditation a plus

Responsibilities
