Qualifications
- Must hold NCIDQ or RID certification and interior design licensure.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited program.
- 10+ years of interior design experience on Workplace Interiors projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership for the design team and strategic design initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for major projects.
- Oversee concept through execution, mentoring the design team.
- Oversee overall project delivery.
- Ensure high-quality design deliverables meet the firm's standards for creativity and functionality.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations to lead design excellence.
