Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design.
• 10+ years of interiors experience.
• Must be a professional Interior Designer with NCIDQ or a licensed Architect.
• LEED accreditation or Green Associate preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conducts space planning, layout, furnishings, lighting, and color coordination.
• Develops practical, aesthetic designs aligned with client goals and budgets.
• Renders 2D/3D presentation drawings and prepares client presentations.
• Keeps projects on schedule; coordinates with vendors and contractors.
• Mentors staff and participates in interviews/recruiting.
• Supports sustainable design practices and adheres to HOK standards.
