Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or foreign equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience; or equivalent in education and experience.
• LEED credential required within 12 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the project or a phase of a project on schedule.
• Select and specify interior materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and artwork.
• Develop innovative, practical, aesthetic designs within budget.
• Conduct programming: space planning, layout, and furnishings utilization.
• Coordinate color and material palettes.
• Prepare and conduct client presentations.
