Job summary

ZGF Architects in Denver, Colorado is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead design concepts, coordinate teams, and collaborate with clients to realize exceptional workplaces.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience, a degree in Interior Design or Architecture, and proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and the Adobe Creative Suite. Leadership, mentorship, and business development are important aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture and a minimum of 15 years of experience in the field.
• NCIDQ or AIA preferred.
• Experience managing complex clients with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent team communication, design presentation, and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Possess knowledge of all aspects of design, including programming, space planning, color and material research, FF&E, and lighting design.
• Collaborate with and/or manage teams to generate and develop design concepts.
• Clearly communicate design concepts visually and verbally to teams and clients.
• Lead programming efforts and analysis.
• Understand design trends with a focus on workplace.
• Manage and mentor team members from concept through construction administration.
• Maintain relationships with clients and consultants with attention to project fees, budgets, schedules.
• Participate in business development and advise in marketing pursuits.
• Advocate for an inclusive, supportive work culture.
