Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in Interior Design or Architecture; NCIDQ or AIA preferred.
• Experience managing complex clients with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent team communication, design presentation and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in programming and space planning; strong leadership and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with and/or manage teams to develop design concepts.
• Clearly communicate design concepts visually and verbally to teams and clients.
• Lead programming efforts and analysis; supervise from concept to construction administration.
• Maintain relationships with clients and consultants, managing budgets and schedules.
• Participate in business development and marketing pursuits; support beging-inclusive culture.
