Job summary

You will guide programming, space planning, FF&E, lighting and finish selections, and drive constructability through construction documents.

The role requires 15+ years in interior design, a Bachelor’s or higher in Interior Design or Architecture, and preferred NCIDQ or AIA credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture or higher.
• 15+ years of experience in interior design or related field.
• NCIDQ or AIA preferred.
• Experience managing complex clients with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning, energy codes and design standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects with emphasis on space planning, FF&E, lighting and finish selections.
• Collaborate with and mentor teams from concept through construction administration.
• Develop and supervise construction documents and technical design delivery.
• Maintain client and consultant relationships with attention to project scope and budgets.
• Provide constructability solutions and ensure adherence to schedules.
