Qualifications

• Professional architectural degree and 15+ years related experience.
• Architectural registration expected.
• Strategic-thinker with an integrated approach to design, management and technical resolution.
• Highly motivated, proactive and passionate.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent team communication, presentation and storytelling skills.
• Experience with diverse building types and construction techniques.
• Ability to develop fee proposals and contractual agreements.
• Experience in Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-phase projects in higher education and institutional facilities.
• Set direction for project goals, scope, investigations, and novel concepts.
• Collaborate with internal/external design teams, clients and contractors.
