Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of experience, a strong portfolio in workplace design, and proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in Interior Design or Architecture required.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the field.
• NCIDQ or AIA preferred.
• Experience managing complex clients with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent team communication, design presentation and storytelling skills.
• Proficient modeling with Revit and Enscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead programming efforts and analysis.
• Collaborate with and/or manage teams to develop design concepts.
• Communicate concepts visually and verbally to teams and clients.
• Maintain relationships with clients and consultants with awareness of budgets and schedules.
• Participate in business development and marketing pursuits.
• Mentor team members from concept design through construction administration.
