Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead retail design execution and oversee multi-stakeholder prototype workflows from concept to construction. The role demands mastery of architectural design principles, Revit, and project management, coordinating with client teams, approved architects, and real estate professionals.

The position requires 10+ years of design experience, strong Revit skills, and experience managing complex retail projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a CIDA or NAAB accredited institution.
• 10+ years of professional design experience with progression into senior roles.
• 5+ years of Revit experience in a professional setting.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex design and construction projects in retail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary design point of contact for the client and stakeholders.
• Communicate design concepts and decisions clearly to leadership and teams.
• Coordinate with architectural consultants for submittal packages.
• Partner with Construction and Real Estate to manage regional store development.
• Create, implement, and maintain Revit templates and design assets.
