Job summary

Vivmark Residential seeks a Senior Manager, Interior Architect to lead technical development for new developments and renovations across the multifamily portfolio. You will translate design concepts into buildable solutions, coordinating with architectural, structural, MEP, and lighting teams to ensure constructible, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 12-15 years of relevant professional experience in architecture/interior design.
• Experience leading projects through design development to closeout.
• Advanced knowledge of interior construction, detailing, materials, and methods.
• Strong coordination with MEP and other building systems.
• Proficiency in Revit, BIM coordination, Enscape, and AutoCAD.
• NCIDQ certification preferred. LEED accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development and execution of interior architecture for in-house designed projects.
• Translate design direction into buildable solutions with attention to detailing and millwork.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, lighting, and other consultants to resolve conflicts.
• Provide construction administration support: submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, field conditions, punch lists.
• Mentor interior designers and guide BIM strategy for the team.
• Support site visits and construction meetings to ensure design intent is achieved.
