Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) in Richmond, VA seeks an Interface Management Lead to develop and maintain the project interface management plan, coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, and ensure clear ownership of interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 15+ years in industry, and 10+ years in project/program management for pharmaceutical or related facilities; PMP/ISPE preferred; strong

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or project management.
15+ years of industry experience.
10+ years of project/program experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, vaccine, sterile manufacturing, API, or advanced therapy facilities.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain the project Interface Management Plan and governance frameworks.
Identify, document, and manage technical and organizational interfaces across all project phases; ensure clear ownership.
Coordinate interface activities among engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, validation, quality, and operations; drive issue resolution and closure.
