Job summary

KBR is looking for an experienced Interface Management Lead to oversee project interface management within their Sustainable Technology Solutions division. This key role involves coordinating interfaces across engineering and construction teams to ensure project alignment and efficient execution.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing pharmaceutical projects, utilizing strong project management skills to uphold regulatory and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of industry experience.
• Minimum 10 years in project/program experience in pharma or biotech.
• Experience on capital projects exceeding $500MM TIC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the project Interface Management Plan.
• Lead interface coordination between project teams.
• Prepare and present interface management reports and KPIs.
