QCS Staffing Ltd is seeking an Interface Manager for a US Virginia-based, 12-month Life Sciences contract. You will spearhead interface management on a major capital project, establishing networks, kick-off meetings, and a robust Interface Control Document baseline.

Your role includes reconciling contractor data and driving cross-contractor coordination to ensure traceable decisions. Ideal candidates will have extensive capital project experience, ownership-side exposure, and hands-on interface

Formación

• Extensive experience on large capital projects with interface management and project controls.
• Experience working on the owner side of a major capital project.
• Hands-on experience with Interface Register and Interface Agreements and cross-contractor coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Develop the Interface Management Plan and keep it current through stage gates and change.
• Set up Interface Networks and Groups, conduct kick-off meetings, and establish the Interface Control Document baseline.
• Reconcile contractor feeder registers to the owner master Interface Register weekly and resolve gaps and conflicts.
• Facilitate Interface Agreements ensuring traceability after personnel changes.
