QCS Staffing Ltd seeks an Interface Manager for a 12-month Virginia contract in life sciences. You will develop and maintain the Interface Management Plan and lead interface networks across multiple contractors, ensuring traceable decisions and robust documentation.

Responsibilities include establishing the Interface Control Document baseline, conducting kickoff meetings, and reconciling registers weekly to resolve gaps and ownership conflicts.

Formación

• Extensive experience on large capital projects and in interface management on multi-contractor programs.
• Demonstrated owner-side involvement in major capital projects.
• Hands-on interface-management processes including registers and agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain the Interface Management Plan through stage gates.
• Set up Interface Networks and Groups and conduct kickoff meetings.
• Establish the Interface Control Document baseline at Basic Design end.
• Coordinate weekly reconciliation of contractor feeder registers and resolve gaps.
