Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an Interface Manager to support Gateway Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP) in the United States. You will oversee interface lifecycle, coordinate agreements, and ensure documentation accuracy within a high-profile infrastructure program.

Role involves leading collaboration with contractors, tracking deliverables, and enforcing compliance with the Interface Management Plan to deliver a safe, resilient rail solution for the Northeast Corridor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• 10+ years’ relevant experience, including experience managing and leading teams.
• Experience leading and implementing complex business change solutions.
• Experience managing business relationships at senior management level.
• 4+ years of project management/task management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Interface Lifecycle: manage all technical interfaces within and between contracts from identification to closeout.
• Facilitate Agreements: coordinate with contracting teams to define deliverables, responsibilities, and timelines.
• Manage Documentation: generate ICDs, maintain Interface Register, and approve interface management plans.
• Lead Stakeholder Collaboration: act as primary contact for interface matters and hold regular meetings with contractors.
• Monitor and Report: track interface deliverables and provide monthly progress updates.
• Drive Issue Resolution: identify and resolve interface issues and manage changes with Change Management.
• Ensure Compliance: enforce Interface Management Plan procedures and contractor cooperation.
