Job summary

Arcadis U.S.Inc. is seeking an experienced Interface Manager to support the Gateway Hudson Tunnel Project. You will oversee interface lifecycle, coordinate agreements, and ensure compliance with the Interface Management Plan.

This role involves leading stakeholder collaboration, developing ICDs, maintaining interface registers, and reporting progress and risks to program management. Join a high-profile, nationally significant infrastructure program and help deliver a safe, reliable rail

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
More than 10 years' relevant experience, including experience managing and leading teams.
4+ years of project management/task management experience.
Experience leading and implementing complex business change solutions.
Experience managing business relationships at senior management level.

Responsibilities

Oversee Interface Lifecycle from identification to closeout.
Lead coordination with contracting teams to execute Interface Agreements (IAs).
Generate ICDs and maintain Interface Register for contracts.
Lead stakeholder collaboration and regular meetings with contractors and program teams.
Track status of interface deliverables, provide monthly progress updates.
Identify and resolve interface issues, manage changes with Change Management.
Enforce compliance with the Interface Management Plan.
