Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Senior Intelligence Team Lead to manage staffing, budgets, and technical reporting for a high-stakes program in the United States. You will direct both employees and subcontractors, ensure schedule and cost baselines, and mentor analysts.

You will work closely with COTR and senior customers to define requirements, develop deliverables, and set expectations while integrating AI/ML tools into analytic processes and maintaining compliance with analytic standards.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• 12 years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis.
• 8+ years supporting DIA/Defense Intelligence Enterprise programs.
• 3 years leading or supervising teams of intelligence analysts.
• Familiarity with ICD 203/206 analytic standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day contract operations, staffing, and financial oversight.
• Provide technical and programmatic direction; mentor team members.
• Collaborate with COTR and stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables.
• Develop staffing plans and oversee recruitment, workloads, and reviews.
• Monitor contracts, subcontracts, and funding; prepare forecasts and reports.
• Coordinate onboarding, security processing, and administrative setup.
