Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Senior Intelligence Team Lead to manage day-to-day contract operations, staffing, finance, and programmatic reporting. The role includes directing teams and mentoring staff, as well as ensuring alignment with customer expectations and baselines.

The candidate will collaborate with the COTR and other decision-makers to ensure on-time, on-budget performance, leveraging AI/ML approaches and advanced analytic standards while navigating complex government procedures.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly is required.
• 15+ years in all-source intelligence with 3+ years in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience across DIA organizations and DIA Enterprise stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ICD 203/206 analytic standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day staffing, financials, and reporting for the contract.
• Direct work of employees and subcontractors; provide mentorship and oversight.
• Coordinate with COTR and key customer decision-makers to maintain baselines.
