Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Senior Intelligence Team Lead to manage a major program, guiding staffing, financial oversight, and deliverables. You will supervise a diverse team of intelligence professionals and coordinate with the COTR and customer leadership to maintain baselines.

Your role includes strategic oversight, performance analysis, and integrating AI/ML tools into workflows, with emphasis on safeguarding sensitive data and ensuring on-time, within-budget results.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly required.
• 10+ years of Defense Intelligence Enterprise experience; 3+ years in supervision.
• Knowledge across DIA and Defense Intelligence Enterprise stakeholders.
• Experience leading intelligence teams and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day contract management including staffing, finances, and reporting.
• Direct work of employees and subcontractors; provide leadership and mentorship.
• Manage LOE and completion contracts; coordinate with COTR and customer decision-makers.
