Job summary

Peraton seeks a Senior Intelligence Team Lead to manage staffing, budgets, and performance on a major contract. You will direct a team of intelligence professionals and work closely with the COTR and key customer leaders to ensure technical, cost, and schedule baselines are met.

You will develop staffing plans, monitor funding, forecast program performance, and deliver complex reports. Leadership, orchestration of tasks, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with extensive experience in all-source intelligence analysis.
• Experience leading intelligence teams and supervising analysts.
• Familiarity with Defense Intelligence Enterprise processes and policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day program operations, staffing, and deliverables.
• Define and monitor the technical, cost, and schedule baselines with the customer.
• Develop staffing plans and oversee hiring, training, and staff development.
• Prepare and deliver required contracts, departmental, project, and financial reports.
