Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 12+ years in all-source intelligence
• 3+ years in a supervisory or team lead capacity
• 10+ years of Defense Intelligence Enterprise program experience
• Experience enforcing ICD 203/206 analytic standards
• Experience integrating AI/ML into intelligence workflows
• Proven ability to lead and supervise intelligence teams
• Security clearance: TS/SCI with Poly

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, financial management, and program reporting for a major contract
• Direct work of employees and subcontractors across technical and admin areas
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance evaluations
• Coordinate with COTR and customer decision makers to maintain baselines
• Prepare staffing plans and forecasts of program financial performance
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and IC standards
