Job summary

Peraton seeks a Senior Analytic Innovation Intelligence Team Lead to oversee day-to-day contract management, staffing, budgeting, and delivery of a major program. You will lead employees and subcontractors, provide mentorship, and align work with the customer and COTR.

The role requires extensive all-source intelligence experience, leadership of teams, and a proven ability to integrate AI/ML into workflows, including use of LLM tools, with a TS/SCI with Poly typical requirement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of all-source intelligence analysis experience.
• 3 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
• Expert familiarity with ICD 203/206 analytic standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, financial management, and execution of a major program.
• Direct work of employees and subcontractors; provide mentoring.
• Coordinate with the COTR and key customer decision makers; manage LOE and contracts.
