Job summary

Peraton seeks a Senior Intelligence Team Lead to oversee day-to-day contract operations, staff and budgets, and deliverables for a major program. You will direct teams of intelligence personnel and subcontractors, mentor staff, and coordinate with the COTR and customer decision makers to maintain baselines.

The role requires strong leadership, deep DI experience, and the ability to apply AI/ML and LLM tools to intelligence workflows, with excellent collaboration across government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly required.
• 10 years or equivalent across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise.
• Minimum 10 years in all-source intelligence analysis, with 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor intelligence teams.
• Experience integrating AI/ML into intelligence workflows.
• Experience applying LLM platforms to meet intelligence requirements.
• Superior organizational and interpersonal skills across government levels.
• Proficiency in MS Office and IC analytic tools (Palantir, Analyst Notebook).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day contract operations including staffing and financial management.
• Direct work of employees and subcontractors and provide mentorship.
• Coordinate with the COTR and customer decision makers to maintain baselines.
• Prepare staffing plans and forecasts of program financial performance.
