Job summary

Peraton is seeking an Intelligence Data Integration Team Lead to oversee day-to-day contract management, staffing and reporting. The role includes directing the work of employees and subcontractors and ensuring cost and schedule baselines are maintained with the customer.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in all-source intelligence analysis, leadership experience, and a track record of integrating AI/ML tools into intelligence workflows. TS/SCI with Poly is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience across DoD and IC to develop analytic capabilities for intelligence integration.
• Must have a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in all-source intelligence and at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of DIA organizations and DIA Enterprise stakeholders.
• 10+ years of experience supporting DIA programs and overseeing intelligence production activities.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams and evaluate performance.
• Experience integrating AI/ML tools into analysis/workflows and using LLM platforms for intelligence tasks.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to interface with high-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day contract management including staffing, financial management and reporting.
• Direct work of employees and subcontractors and provide leadership and mentoring to the team.
• Prepare staffing plans and forecasts to support contract operations.
• Coordinate with Security on crossover and orientation; provide time and attendance guidance.
• Define tasks with the customer and manage cost/schedule baselines; deliver agreed outputs.
