The role requires expert knowledge of ICD analytic standards, extensive all-source analysis experience, and proven ability to apply AI/ML tools and LLM platforms to intelligence workflows, including briefings to senior government officials.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in all-source intelligence analysis with supervisory experience.
• Expert knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic standards and enforcement.
• Experience integrating AI/ML into intelligence workflows and AI-assisted collection triage.
• Hands-on experience with LLM platforms and GPT-based tools in classified environments.
• Active TS/SCI with Poly.

Responsibilities

• As Senior China Intelligence Team Lead, manage staffing, financials, and program reporting.
• Oversee employees and subcontractors; provide leadership and mentoring.
• Coordinate with COTR and customer decision makers to maintain baselines and deliverables.
• Define tasks with the customer and set expectations for technical, cost, and schedule.
