Peraton in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Intelligence Team Lead with active TS/SCI with Poly to oversee all-source intelligence analysis programs. You will manage staffing, cost, and schedules while mentoring analysts and coordinating with the COTR and key decision-makers.

You will apply advanced analytic tradecraft, enforce ICD 203/206 standards, and integrate AI/ML tools to modernize workflows across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise.

Qualifikationen

• Active TS/SCI with Polyrequired.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 12 years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
• Expert knowledge of customer processes, programs, and policies across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise, including familiarity with OUSD(I&S), CCMD J2 requirements, and IC analytic community standards.
• 10+ years of demonstrated experience supporting Defense Intelligence Enterprise programs, including direct experience managing or overseeing intelligence analysis production requirements.
• Expert-level familiarity with ICD 203/206 (Analytic Standards), including sourcing, uncertainty, and analytic tradecraft standards; demonstrated ability to enforce and evaluate compliance across junior analyst products.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise teams of intelligence analysts, including assigning workloads, reviewing finished intelligence products for analytic rigor, and providing mentorship and performance evaluations.
• Aptitude for or demonstrated experience integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) tools and methodologies into all-source intelligence analysis workflows.
• Ability to identify application of Large Language Model (LLM) platforms to intelligence summarization, entity extraction, document exploitation, and automated reporting pipelines.
• Superior organizational and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to interface effectively across all levels of government, including SES, Flag Officer, and Senior Executive stakeholders.
• Expert proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with IC-specific analytic tools and platforms.

Aufgaben

• As Senior Intelligence Team Lead, manage day-to-day contract operations including staffing, financial management, and reporting.
• Oversee employees and subcontractors; manage LOE and cost-reimbursable contracts.
• Direct the work of team members and provide leadership and mentoring, ensuring analytic rigor in products.
• Coordinate with the COTR and decision makers to maintain baseline and deliverables; define tasks and set expectations.
• Responsible for the successful technical, schedule, and cost performance of a major program; prepare staffing plans and assist in recruitment and task assignment.
• Monitor contract, subcontract, and funding; forecast program financial performance and deliver required reports.
