Peraton in the United States is seeking a Senior Intelligence Team Lead to manage day-to-day contract activities, staffing, and financial oversight. You will coordinate with the COTR and senior customer stakeholders to maintain technical, cost, and schedule baselines, develop deliverables, define requirements, and set expectations.

This role requires 12+ years of all-source intelligence experience, TS/SCI with polygraph, and a proven ability to lead teams.

Competenze

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
• 12 years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis.
• 8+ years supporting Defense Intelligence Enterprise programs.
• 3 years leading or supervising intelligence teams.
• Expert knowledge of analytic standards (ICD 203/206).
• Experience integrating AI/ML into intelligence workflows.
• Hands-on experience with LLM platforms and AI-enabled reporting.

Mansioni

• Manage staffing, LOE, and financial oversight for the contract.
• Provide technical and programmatic direction and mentorship.
• Collaborate with COTR and stakeholders to maintain baselines and deliverables.
• Coordinate onboarding, security processing, and administrative setup.
• Monitor contracts, subcontracts, and funding; prepare financial forecasts.
• Produce reports at contract, project, and financial levels.
