Job summary

Peraton seeks a Senior Intelligence Team Lead in Washington, DC to manage daily contract operations, staffing, and reporting. You will supervise intelligence officers and contractors, mentor staff, and coordinate with the COTR and customer decision-makers to ensure baselines and deliverables are met.

The role demands extensive experience across DIA organizations, stakeholder engagement at high levels, and the ability to leverage AI/ML tools and LLM platforms in analytical workflows.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph required.
• 10+ years in the Defense Intelligence Enterprise.
• 3+ years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
• Experience across DIA organizations and stakeholders.
• Experience supporting process improvements for HQ staff with data analytics.
• Ability to lead intelligence officers; mentorship and performance evaluations.
• Experience integrating AI/ML tools into intelligence workflows.
• Experience applying LLM platforms in intelligence tasks.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office and IC tools like Palantir, Analyst Notebook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the contract, staffing, and financials.
• Direct work of employees and subcontractors; provide leadership and mentoring.
• Coordinate with the COTR and customer decision-makers to maintain baselines and deliverables.
• Prepare staffing plans and manage LOE and completion contracts.
