Qualifications

• Experience in product management, product strategy, or related discipline within fintech, capital markets, or enterprise software.
• Ability to assess market opportunities and translate customer needs into product concepts.
• Strong customer discovery and communication skills to conduct interviews and synthesize insights.
• Experience working in ambiguous environments and bringing structure to complex problems.
• Familiarity with prototyping, experimentation, and validating concepts through customer feedback.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate opportunities leveraging the Intelligence Platform, customer insights, and market trends.
• Conduct customer and prospect conversations to understand pain points and unmet needs.
• Translate feedback into hypotheses and experiments to validate opportunities.
• Develop lightweight prototypes and proofs-of-concept using AI tools.
• Participate in customer demonstrations to test concepts and gather insights.
• Define success metrics for experiments and analyze results.
• Contribute to pricing, packaging, and go-to-market recommendations.
• Document findings and roadmap decisions to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate concepts into solutions.
• Support roadmap planning and solution positioning with stakeholders.
