Job summary

Nasdaq, Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Product Management to help identify and validate new business opportunities across Nasdaq's fintech division by combining customer discovery, market research, and rapid experimentation.

You'll work with a small, entrepreneurial team to explore applications of Nasdaq's Intelligence Platform, engaging directly with customers and building lightweight prototypes to test ideas.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, strategy, or related discipline within fintech/capital markets.
• Ability to assess market opportunities and translate customer needs into product concepts.
• Strong customer discovery and communication skills; ability to synthesize insights.
• Experience in ambiguous environments and bringing structure to complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate opportunities leveraging the Intelligence Platform, customer insights, and market trends.
• Conduct customer conversations to understand pain points and unmet needs.
• Translate feedback into hypotheses and experiments; develop lightweight prototypes.
• Define success metrics for experiments and analyze results to inform decisions.
