Nasdaq seeks a Senior Specialist, Product Management to identify and validate new fintech opportunities using customer discovery, market research, and rapid experimentation. You will work with a small team to explore applications of Nasdaq’s Intelligence Platform, building lightweight prototypes and testing ideas with customers.

The role emphasizes solving ambiguous problems, learning from feedback, and shaping product direction with evidence. Hybrid in-office role in Philadelphia/Denver.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, product strategy, or related discipline in fintech or data products.
• Ability to assess market opportunities and translate customer needs into product concepts.
• Strong customer discovery and communication skills for interviewing and synthesizing insights.
• Experience working in ambiguous environments and bringing structure to complex problems.
• Familiarity with prototyping, experimentation, and validating concepts via customer feedback.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the team to evaluate opportunities leveraging the Intelligence Platform and customer insights.
• Conduct customer conversations to understand pain points, workflows, and unmet needs.
• Translate feedback into hypotheses and experiments for validation.
• Develop lightweight prototypes to support discovery and validation efforts.
• Participate in customer demonstrations and feedback sessions to test concepts.
• Define success metrics for experiments and inform future product decisions.
• Contribute to pricing, packaging, and go-to-market recommendations.
• Document learnings and roadmaps to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to translate concepts into solutions.
• Support roadmap planning and solution positioning with PS&E and clients.
