Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a product manager to identify opportunities using the Intelligence Platform, customer insights, and market trends across Nasdaq. You will conduct customer conversations to understand pain points and translate feedback into hypotheses and experiments for validation.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, strategy, or related field within fintech, capital markets, enterprise software, data products, or similar.
• Ability to assess market opportunities and translate customer needs into product concepts.
• Strong customer discovery and communication skills with effective interview and synthesis能力.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential opportunities leveraging the Intelligence Platform, customer insights, market trends, and internal business opportunities across Nasdaq.
• Conduct customer and prospect conversations to understand pain points, workflows, and unmet needs.
• Translate customer feedback into hypotheses and experiments to validate product and market opportunities.
• Develop lightweight prototypes and proof-of-concepts using modern AI-assisted development tools.
• Participate in customer demonstrations and feedback sessions.
• Define success metrics for experiments and analyze results.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate validated concepts into scalable solutions.
• Support roadmap planning, solution positioning, and delivery of platform capabilities with PS&E, pre-sales, and client stakeholders.
