Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector seeks a Site Lead for the Intelligence Community, overseeing a Tier II Network Engineering team at a government site in Las Cruces, NM. Responsible for design specifications, testing, upgrades, and service delivery within contract SLO/SLA guidelines.

Requires TS/SCI w/ polygraph and 16 years combined experience; DoD 8140 IAT Level 2; leadership of 8–12 engineers; knowledge of L1-L3 networking, TCP/IP, OSI, and ITSM tools like ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• 16 years total experience required (e.g., Doctorate + 8 years, Master’s + 10 years, etc.).
• DoD 8140 IAT Level 2 required.
• Experience leading technical network operations teams of 8–12 FTEs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8–12 Tier II Network Engineers for IC comms network operations and maintenance.
• Mentor and evaluate all Tier II personnel at site.
• Ensure health and wellness of all program personnel at the customer site.
