Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector in Englewood, Colorado, seeks a Tier II Site Lead to supervise a team of 8–12 Network Engineers and oversee operations for a critical Intelligence Community network. This role requires TS/SCI with polygraph and continuous onsite presence, five days per week.

You will mentor staff, ensure contract SLAs, coordinate with vendors, and drive process improvements while maintaining compliance with DoD standards.

Qualifications

• 16 years of experience or equivalent education as described (Doctorate + 8 years, Master’s + 10 years, Bachelor + 12 years, etc.).
• DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 compliance required.
• Experience leading 8–12 Tier II network engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8-12 Tier II Network Engineers for operations and maintenance of a complex Intelligence Community network.
• Train, mentor and develop all Tier II personnel on site; ensure health and wellness of program staff.
• Manage personnel and resources to meet contract SLO/SLA, use local quality control processes to drive performance.
• Collaborate with design/implementation engineers to resolve complex network issues; support service delivery and enhancements.
• Represent the program at site and program meetings; ensure program equities are balanced with customer needs.
