Job summary

BLUEHAWK, LLC is seeking a Senior Intelligence Management Specialist to lead intelligence and mission-support for DIA Directorate for Operations personnel. You will manage tasks, executive correspondence, read-ahead materials, and briefings while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

Responsibilities include supervising analysts and staff, reviewing documents for DIA standards, coordinating access with security, managing cross‑domain data transfers, and reporting status to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Senior-level intelligence management and executive-support experience.
• Ability to manage complex taskers, RFIs, reports, and briefings.
• Experience coordinating with DoD or Intelligence Community and security personnel.
• Active TTS/SCI CI Poly clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead intelligence and administrative support for analysts, engineers, scientists, and leaders.
• Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and DIA standards.
• Manage RFIs, taskers, reports, and briefings; meet suspense dates.
• Prepare executive correspondence per the DIA manual.
• Create read-ahead materials and coordinate security access.
• Oversee cross-domain data transfers and dissemination support.
• Coordinate with DIA HQ, security, and other mission-support providers; report status.
• Mentor less-experienced specialists and establish tracking processes.
