Job summary

BLUEHAWK, LLC seeks a Senior Intelligence Management Specialist to lead and execute high‑level intelligence and mission‑management support for DIA personnel. The specialist will handle taskers, executive correspondence, briefings, read‑ahead materials, access coordination, and dissemination while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

The role requires senior‑level experience in intelligence management and DoD/IC settings, with an active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance.

Qualifications

• Active TTS/SCI CI Poly clearance.
• Experience leading complex task-management and executive-correspondence workflows.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight in a DoD/Intelligence Community setting.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead intelligence and administrative support for analysts, engineers, scientists, and senior leaders.
• Quality-control documents for accuracy, completeness, and DIA standards.
• Manage RFIs, task actions, and reports; ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare executive correspondence per the DIA manual.
• Develop read-ahead books and senior meeting materials; coordinate access with security.
