Job summary

Bluehawk, LLC is seeking a Senior HUMINT Analyst to support strategic intelligence operations across IC and DoD environments. The role emphasizes high-tempo analysis, targeting, and executive-level briefings, with a focus on integrating all-source information and delivering mission-critical assessments.

The ideal candidate will hold an active TS/SCI clearance, a Master’s degree, and multiple senior certifications, with 12+ years in intelligence and 8+ years in HUMINT analysis.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Willing to complete Counterintelligence-Scope Polygraph with No Deception Indicated
• Master’s degree from an accredited institution
• One or more of the following certifications: DoD Intelligence Fundamentals; CDASA-1; CDASA-2; CCMP-F; Intelligence Planner Certification
• Graduate of a U.S. Government all-source Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) or intelligence analytical certification course/program
• Completion of: HT-JCOE CI/HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course; DIA Targeting Officer Course; Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting Course; IC equivalent training
• 12+ years of full-time experience in intelligence analysis/management/leadership roles
• 8+ years as a HUMINT Analyst supporting strategic Military Intelligence or IC operations and HUMINT activities
• Strong IC directives knowledge (ICD-203, 206, 300, 501, 704, 707) and all-source integration skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Senior HUMINT Analyst supporting strategic intelligence operations across IC and DoD environments.
• Conduct in-depth HUMINT analysis related to foreign threats and mission requirements.
• Produce strategic and operational intelligence products, assessments, targeting packages, and reports.
• Support HUMINT targeting by identifying gaps and integrating all-source information.
• Fuse HUMINT with other disciplines to develop actionable assessments and recommendations.
• Provide intelligence analysis support to operational planning and senior leadership decisions.
• Coordinate with IC/DoD stakeholders for information sharing and mission synchronization.
• Develop and deliver executive-level briefings and intelligence updates.
• Ensure ICD compliance and adherence to analytic tradecraft standards.
• Utilize Microsoft 365 tools to support production and coordination.
