Job summary

Nulogy is seeking a Senior Consultant, Integrations Enablement to build capabilities, processes, and cross-functional alignment for successful integrations with customers and partners. The role focuses on removing barriers, optimizing Customer Lifecycle processes, and delivering scalable integration delivery models across the partner ecosystem.

The leader will guide teams, collaborate with Professional Services, and ensure high-quality delivery while expanding our integration technology suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for complex integration delivery challenges with customers and partners.
• Foster cross-functional relationships to remove barriers and improve delivery and customer success.
• Develop resource strategies and capacity plans to support scalable integration delivery.
• Drive evolving processes, tools, and operating models for efficient, scalable integrations.
• Support discovery, scoping, and delivery planning with implementation partners and customers.
• Create and maintain documentation and best practices for the integrations function.
• Lead initiatives to strengthen capabilities and partner ecosystem.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team with regular feedback and growth plans.
• Help partners recruit and onboard top talent for integrations.
