Castelion is seeking a Senior Integration & Test Engineer in Torrance, CA to drive the transition of advanced defense hardware from prototype into production. You will own integration, test, and qualification of subsystems, and help establish scalable manufacturing and test processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, aerospace, or manufacturing engineering.
• 5+ years of professional aerospace/defense experience in integration, test, or production.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (NX preferred).
• Cross-disciplinary collaboration across mechanical, electrical, and avionics.

Responsibilities

• Own assembly, integration, and test processes for hypersonic vehicle assemblies.
• Identify manufacturability and testability improvements.
• Develop manufacturing and test procedures and documentation.
• Lead hands-on build and test operations with technicians.
• Troubleshoot failures and drive root-cause investigations.
• Plan capital equipment, facility layout, and production line upgrades.
