Responsibilities

• Lead the integration and operational readiness of avionics systems from initial design and assembly through testing and field operations.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical hardware issues under aggressive development timelines while driving long-term improvements.
• Support hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing, flight operations, and post-flight assessments, ensuring real-time system health monitoring and issue resolution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize avionics architectures, reducing mass, cost, and complexity through innovative solutions.
• Contribute to the development and validation of advanced avionics capabilities, including power systems, sensors, vehicle networks, RF, and control systems.
