Job summary

Castelion is seeking a Lead Integration and Test Technician to support the assembly, integration, and testing of complex aerospace and defense hardware. In this role, you will work closely with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and test teams to build and integrate mechanical and electromechanical assemblies in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent with 5+ years as a technician or 7+ years with HS diploma.
• Experience assembling flight hardware and following engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with ESD fundamentals and IPC standards.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on component and subassembly development, assembly, and test.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, drawings, and ICDs.
• Follow assembly procedures; record results and discrepancies.
• Work in clean room to assemble hardware.
• Operate flight hardware qualification test equipment (thermal, vibration).
• Incoming inspection and data collection on components.
• Mentor and lead junior technicians and manage workloads.
