Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. seeks an experienced Integration Manager for our Conroe, TX facility to lead the integration department, plan production, and drive project execution.

You will oversee electrical integration, PLCs, and automation systems, coordinating with Engineering, Project Management, Production, and Quality to meet safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate brings hands-on leadership, extensive experience in industrial control panel manufacturing, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 7+ years of experience in industrial control panel manufacturing, electrical integration, or related fields.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial control systems, PLCs, VFDs, instrumentation, and automation equipment.
• Experience with UL508A and NEC standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the Integration Department.
• Manage and develop Integration Supervisors, Leads, Technicians, and other personnel.
• Establish production priorities based on schedules and customer requirements.
• Ensure staffing and resources meet production and delivery commitments.
• Monitor performance, safety, quality, and attendance; enforce standards.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Develop a pipeline of skilled integration personnel and promote teamwork.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, Production, Procurement, and Quality.
• Oversee integration activities: assembly, wiring, testing, FAT, and delivery.
• Provide technical leadership on electrical integration and automation projects.
• Ensure documentation, testing, and project turnover meet standards.
• Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
