Job summary
Panelmatic, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Integration Supervisor to lead the Conroe facility's integration team. You will supervise technicians, coordinate production, ensure compliance with drawings and UL508A, and support FAT activities.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical Technology, Automation, Industrial Systems preferred.
- Experience with industrial control panels, integration and FAT activities is needed.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities of integration technicians and production personnel.
- Coordinate production schedules to meet delivery requirements.
- Ensure assemblies and control systems follow engineering drawings and specs.
- Monitor productivity and labor utilization to improve efficiency.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and FAT activities with cross-functional teams.
- Lead safety initiatives and enforce company policies.
