Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. in Houston seeks a detail-oriented Integration Supervisor to lead the integration team and ensure safe, on-time delivery of control panels and automation systems.

You will supervise technicians, coordinate with engineering, project management and quality teams, and drive continuous improvement with a hands-on leadership style. Experience with UL508A and FAT is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in industrial control panel manufacturing, integration, or automation.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layouts.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and automation equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of integration technicians and production personnel.
• Assign work priorities to support production schedules and customer delivery requirements.
• Ensure electrical assemblies and control systems meet drawings and specs.
• Monitor productivity and labor utilization to improve efficiency.
• Support troubleshooting, testing, and issue resolution during integration and FAT activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, project management, procurement, and quality teams.
• Ensure compliance with UL508A, NEC, and internal standards.
• Lead employee training, coaching, and development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate production and reporting documentation.
