Job summary

C.H. Robinson Worldwide is seeking an Integration Technology Business Analyst III to lead and manage multiple digital integration projects within the Global Forwarding business, delivering robust, scalable solutions aligned to enterprise architecture and driven by stakeholder needs.

The role includes eliciting requirements, analyzing data, coordinating with business and technology teams, guiding project delivery, defining tests, and creating artifacts while mentoring others and promoting

Qualifications

• 4+ years of business analysis, software, or customer implementation experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing complex projects spanning cross-functional teams.
• Experience with standard data exchange formats (delimited flat files, XML, EDI X12, EDIFACT, or IDOC).
• Experience with API requirements, implementation, and testing.
• Experience leading project teams.
• Minimum 2 years of experience delivering projects in an agile environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years of equivalent work experience and high school diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages multiple digital integration projects with moderate to high complexity, defining new patterns and gaps in the platform.
• Facilitates effective meetings, maintains scope and timelines, mitigates risks, and resolves technical issues.
• Learns business processes, elicits and translates needs into requirements for value-delivering solutions.
• Provides alternatives to drive speed to market.
• Documents and validates current/future state processes and end-to-end data flows.
• Creates and maintains project artifacts for customer implementations.
• Provides solution education and monitors end-to-end data flow, driving issue resolution.
• Collaborates to build partnerships and translate requirements into integration implementations.
• Manages risk with comprehensive test plans across Regression, SIT, and UAT; owns cross-functional testing.
• Provides training and coaching on team initiatives and soft skills.
• Keeps informed of evolving business models and capabilities essential to integration design.
• Other duties as assigned per team or country requirements.
