Job summary

C.H Robinson is seeking an Integration Technology Business Analyst III to lead and manage digital integration projects within Global Forwarding, delivering robust, scalable solutions aligned to enterprise architecture. You will learn the customer’s processes, analyze data, elicit requirements, and guide cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, document current and future state workflows, and translate business needs into integration designs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of business analysis, software, or customer implementation experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing complex projects spanning cross-functional teams.
• Experience with standard data exchange formats (delimited flat files, XML, EDI X12, EDIFACT, or IDOC).
• Experience with API requirements, implementation, and testing.
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years of equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages multiple digital integration projects with moderate to high complexity, defining new patterns and leveraging existing ones.
• Facilitates effective meetings, keeps stakeholders informed, defines scope and timelines, mitigates risks, and resolves technical issues.
• Learns business processes, elicits and analyzes needs, and translates them into value-driven solution designs.
• Documents current and future state processes and end-to-end data flows, reviewing with stakeholders.
• Creates project artifacts such as matrices, test plans, and technical documents for implementations.
• Provides solution education and drives end-to-end data flow issues to resolution.
• Consults and partners with internal/external teams to translate requirements into integrations aligned with modern methods.
• Manages risk areas by executing test plans including regression, SIT, and UAT.
• Owns cross-functional testing scenarios and educates the team.
• Stays informed of evolving services and capabilities essential to partner integrations.
