C.H. Robinson is seeking a Customer Integration Manager to enable value realization for Freightview customers. You will drive onboarding, integration projects, and ongoing success across our connected products.

The role emphasizes training, deployment, and cross-functional coordination to deliver reliable, scalable digital connections. Based in Kansas City on a hybrid schedule, you will work with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to optimize customer outcomes and satisfaction through robust

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation for new Freightview customers.
• Provide training and best practices to drive adoption.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues and coordinate with Eng/Product teams.
• Manage integration projects (APIs, EDI, carrier connections) and oversee testing.
• Monitor integration performance and optimize data flow.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering to ensure smooth transitions.
• Identify recurring pain points and develop scalable improvement solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation and track key metrics.
