Job summary

Vallen is seeking an Integrated Supply Site Manager to lead a team at a customer location, driving program growth and day-to-day activities to build positive, profitable relationships that support the company’s financial goals.

You will oversee onsite staff, manage performance, and coordinate with customer teams to meet service levels and budget targets while ensuring safety and compliance at the site.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain management, wholesale distribution, or related industries.
• 2+ years of staff management with proven leadership experience.
• Strong ability to develop and cultivate customer relationships.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to identify manufacturing applications for cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to onsite customer teams providing Integrated Supply solutions; includes interviewing, hiring, coaching, and disciplining associates.
• Manages P&L to meet or exceed budgeted goals and ensures profitability.
• Drives contractual customer commitments and cost savings KPI(s) at the site.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency in customer service to external and internal customers.
• Ensures timely payments by customers according to terms.
